Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Table O’Clock, including its restaurant management, reservation, marketplace, billing, and related services. By creating an account or using Table O’Clock, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Table O’Clock provides software that helps restaurants manage reservations, availability, tables, guests, restaurant information, reviews, billing, and related operational functions. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining control of access to your account. You are responsible for activity performed by authorized users associated with your restaurant.
3. Restaurant Responsibilities
Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their hours, availability, policies, restaurant information, guest communications, and compliance with laws applicable to their business.
4. Reservations
Table O’Clock facilitates reservations but does not guarantee that a restaurant or guest will honor a reservation. Restaurants remain responsible for providing restaurant services and resolving dining-related disputes.
5. Free Trials and Subscriptions
Eligible new restaurant accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. Table O’Clock Standard is billed at the price displayed during signup and in the Billing section.
If a payment method is added during the trial, no subscription charge is made during the free-trial period unless clearly disclosed otherwise. Recurring billing begins when the trial ends.
6. Payments and Cancellation
Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By adding a payment method, you authorize recurring subscription charges according to your selected plan.
You may cancel through the Billing section. When cancellation is scheduled, access generally remains available through the end of the applicable trial or paid billing period.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Table O’Clock to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- access another restaurant’s data without authorization;
- interfere with the security or operation of the service;
- upload malicious software or bypass security controls;
- use guest information for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
Table O’Clock and its software, branding, interfaces, designs, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Restaurants retain ownership of content they submit.
9. Third-Party Services
Table O’Clock may integrate with payment processors, email providers, hosting platforms, authentication providers, and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
10. Service Availability
We work to keep Table O’Clock reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
